Very short staffed for housekeeping. We had to call for towels and turn down service. restaurant under renovation.

When we got there, our room had been double booked. We then found out the whole hotel was under construction and that the pool and hot tub were unavailable for use, this was very disappointing to two teenagers and an 8 year old. They also had no cots for us to use as the room the gave us was smaller than the one we booked. All in all it was a nightmare. Good thing I have a great family who made the best of it. 10/10 would not recommend.

We booked this hotel solely based on the fact that they have 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. When we check in we are told that the shuttle guy doesn’t come in until 330 so we would be late getting to the airport. Consequently we had to get an Uber to the airport and spent $50. Also, for our return trip we arrive back in to Portland at 1am and will have to get another Uber spending another $50. The ice machine was directly beside our room and we could hear it all night. And then to top it all off they don’t even have coffee available for their guests. We were VERY DISSATISFIED with our stay
