Thoroughly enjoyed!!! Only suggestion might be a microwave, otherwise perfect!!!!

Why do staff put a grandmother and her little granddaughter in a room next to 4 young adults. There was music and partying for hours.
I called the front desk several times but no one answered. Eventually at 3:15am someone answered. She said I should have called earlier. I said I tried.
Plus the room was large with a king bed which was great, but the bathroom was ridiculously little. I had to step in the tub to close the door. The bathroom sink is outside which was just a sink. No space to put toiletries. It didn’t make sense to pay this large fee to have such a large room and no space in the bathroom or sink. I won’t stay here again.

service was very poor .there were no bath towels in the washroom when we asked ot took them 2 hour to send towels in the room after 2 calls

Nice well run resort. Our Villa flooded during our stay but this was promptly fixed. A kids club or activities for the kids would be great

When we arrived Burrowing Owl was being served in the lobby for the Friday night free wine and appetizer event. A lovely way to end a long drive and start a quick getaway.

It was so beautiful. The staff is amazing. They helped iut so much. They made the stay worth it and will go back again. Everthing was great.
