The hotel was dirty and AC not working . Toilets were not flushing . Hair all over the floor . And pool was so crowded and brown rust got all over our bodies .

Our room was located on the 2nd floor that overlooked the hotel roof - worst view and very noisy due to all the units located on the roof outside of our balcony going on and off throughout the day. The noise of the units made it hard to get a restful night sleep during our stay.

For such a great hotel, parking is horrible. Pricey place, and you’re not even guaranteed a parking space. At best, you have to park across the street and deal with unsafe traffic

The bed covers had a bad smell. It was late at night and luckily my wife took an extra blanket. My wife was there on business and I decided to reserve an extra day. We couldn’t keep the same room the following day so had to check out and check in to another room. During all this inconvenience, I forgot to let them know about their blankets. Of course with my luck, the counter under the TV had something sticky. We always carry disinfectant wipes so did my own wipe down.

Beautiful hotel. We had a double bed room with sofa bed and balcony. The room was so spacious with a roomy bathroom as well. We loved having two TV's in the room since we had out two young children with us. The hotel had a resort style pool and Bar Louie attached to it directly in front of the beach. It was very easy to transition from beach to pool or viceversa thanks to the showers and seating areas all around the pool and Bar Louie area. We liked the DJ's music and drink selection from the bar. The cafe next to lobby was super convenient for early morning coffee and pastry runs. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family and would definitely return! Highly recommend this property.
