This is the 2nd time the hotel booked through Expedia has been unsatisfactory. The property amenities didn’t exist as the first reservation, & this one had a roach in the refrigerator . I probably will not use Expedia again.

Can’t believe Expedia lists this hotel! If it’s below 5 out of 10, should Expedia not do business with such a hotel?! Left without staying! It’s a horrible place. So dirty the tub is black. The bed sinks in with hollow part in the middle. The smell from the lobby to room is so wired and makes you sick! It took us two minutes to run away from this hotel, even without our money back. This is THE most horrible hotel there is!

Could be a lot cleaner. Especially in the bathrooms

The hotel was so ghetto the rooms was so dirty and hair in the bathroom behind the bed was so dusty walls dirty so Many issues if it wasn’t for the price being affordable we wouldn’t have stayed here! Save your money and time and Stay somewhere else if you can afford to stay somewhere. Staff hardly talked loud music at night people Smoking weed and Party out in the parking lot.

Pool wasn't bad it's doesn't look as nice as the pictures. Our rooms didn't have any bugs or bed bugs thank goodness, cleaning could have been a little better some of the staff was friendly

Sheets were stained. Bathroom door peeling paint, bath caulk around floor disghusting. Pool Locked up, keys failed multiple times. Staff was good though.

Very old and run down. Noise from nearby train all night. Thin walls. No elevator. Hot water hard to get on. Too strong of disinfectant and air freshener smell in rooms and lobby. However the staff and everyone there was very helpful and courteous.
