Check in went smooth and front desk lady was great forget her name but i would like for her to get her recognition I checked in Friday June 7th around 430

Front desk was rude and not hospitable. Did not know how to perform job. For example, did not know how to create extra keycard. Room was clean however bathroom light constantly flickered. When I reported to front desk , I was told they had no idea how long maintenance was take to fix it. In the end it was never fixed and I had to use the bathroom and shower using my phone light. Overall, this hotel can do better on customer service and hospitality.

There was construction on the roads. Clearly there's nothing the hotel can do about that.

The hotel did not have the courtesy to let me in when I got in which it was around 2 PM. They make me wait till the last minute which was 4 PM. Also there is a lot of construction going Around the property, there’s a lot of potholes in the parking area. I will not stay here again.

Noisy. They had cheerleading squad on 2nd floor above us. They were practicing with loud pounding before the sun came up. Ridiculous. Hardly got any sleep. Also the breakfast buffet was out of supplies. They had no yogurt or friut like they normally have. Out of bacon too.

Staff was great. Area around facility with lots of construction making it hard to get around. Area to detour a tad rough. Facility was great
