"We were told that our room was not ready because Checking in early and we needed to wait at least an hour, which understandable if there was same reason for other clients as well. There were some people checked in before and after us they got their rooms ready, when we asked how long more we need to wait there answered us “you have to wait until 3pm”. But my question was how come others after us were looked before ours and besides my 2 room for my daughters were in different floors far apart.
