"Room didn't have hot water. Building services fix was to have a maintenance worker turn on all our faucets and the shower for 15 minutes until hot water arrived. It didn't make for a pleasant stay and an incredible waste of water, in Las Vegas no less."

"Had to change rooms 2 times, first room smelled like sewage, then they upgraded the room and it had an old ac unit which made loud noises. Finally got another room and it was good. "

"The room was clean and the staff was polite. Loved the room. We had been to many hotels on this trip so floor and room numbers became confusing. We usually use furniture on floors and in halls to help us navigate to our room. In the W, floors 25 and 28 have the same chair/furniture and the hall have similar pictures situated in the same place. We were in 28910 and I accidently tried to open 25910. All lodging we have been to provides free coffee. $16 for 2 cups of self-brew coffee - really!! Even Motel 6 give you free coffee and some type of pastry. Access to the Mandalay Bay self-parking is at Luxor self-parking - unnecessarily confusing."
