Excellent position for Gondola

Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: Room was very dark
Location: Great location close to the lift, shops and restaurants
Very friendly and great location. Staff very friendly and offered a good deal to say an additional night if we got snowed in.

Under renovation! No breakfast No spa No bar No restaurant! Bed was not comfortable, fridge was in poor location, noticed some trash underneath the dresser on 1st day, and shower head was the worst only 5 holes poured out!! We stayed 3 nights and no one plowed snow!Great location I'll give it that,

We stayed for one night for a ski trip. The hotel appears to be in transition, using 3 different names - 968 Park Hotel, Park Tahoe Inn, and Hotel Becket. This was unknown to us and we had to guess where to park and where to check in. They were still cleaning rooms at 5:00, so had to wait another hour. However, they softened the wait with 2 free drink tickets. The room looked recently remodeled, but they did not repair or replace everything. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, and we woke up to 6" of overnight snow. Right across from Heavenly Village, with shopping, dining, ice skating, night life, movie theater all within a very short walk.

Room service missed my room the last 3 days of my stay. Not a huge deal, but it is better when the room is serviced daily.
