No fresh air in the breakfast room, lot of smoke because of toaster. No napkins available. Plastic plates and plastic knives, poor quality, lot of waste.

I'm sorry you were here when some guest ignored the three signs that state a toaster is not a place for butter and it filled the room with smoke and I'm guessing you missed the three windows and door. BTW, the napkins are mounted on the wall with right next to the breakfast for convenience of our guests. I am not sure what you mean by waste but our plates are a mixture of recycled paper & sugar cane and there is no way getting around plastic utensils.

This is an older motel that has been well taken care of. The front desk folks are very courteous. The rooms are very clean, and it appears the carpet is relatively new. Great location to lake and entertainment.

The location is great since it's within walking distance of the Heavenly Village. Ample parking and 15 minute drive from either the CA or NV side of Heavenly Ski Resort.
