"From the excellent welcome by the reception staff to the bar, restaurant and room staff it was faultless. The breakfast was of good quality and hot. The only comment would be that the shower did not drain quickly enough and I have liked to have been able to cast films from my iPad to the tv."

"Booked an accessible room (I can stand and walk short distances). The room was “good enough” accessibility wise. No shower chair for the bathroom but at least the floor was cleaned daily… We accidentally triggered the emergency alarm and a staff member came to check we were okay, it was a false alarm but I was glad to know they do care. The breakfast on offer was okay, not much that was suitable for alternative diets (smoothies would’ve been nice), however that is pretty standard when I eat out anywhere. No where to easily refill a bottle with drinking water. The location is amazing, near Cardiff bay station, shops and restaurants at the bay and only 20 mins walk to Cardiff central. The staff were lovely, every interaction with them was kind and professional. "

"Lovely hotel, family room was clean and spacious, although there was only 1 double socket in the room being used for the TV and kettle. Luckily I took an extension lead otherwise we wouldn't have been able to charge our phones (I know, 1st world problems!) Restaurant was lovely, cooked and continental breakfast had everything you need. Overall fantastic stay."

"Just what we needed, someone to get ready and sleep. The room was small, as expected. Bed was comfy and bathroom was a good size. Air con was appreciated and worked well. Great stay! "

"Loved our stay here. Really great location for attending an event at principality stadium. Also great location for shopping and restaurants. Noticed the bar opposite was a bit noisy into the night. Bit confusing getting to the car park but after ringing the hotel and getting pre recorded instructions and postcode we found it no problem. Staff were very helpful and happy. Not sure if there are stairs to lobby as we only found the emergency exit ones but waiting for lift can take a while. Overall lovely stay and will be back if attending another show or staying for shopping! "
