"If I could rate zero I would. Arrived late from airport. Gate was closed. Rang doorbell for 10 minutes but no one opened. It may be cheap but don't waste your money and your time. It is also a shady area with few streetlights. How others gave good ratings are beyond me."

"I believe some of the painted wall graphics was not in good taste. I also think they need to work on area's that needed some maintenance. The bed was very noisey and we could not get the water spigot to open in the shower. And the amenities list free bottled water. We showed them the list on Expedia and we got free water for two days. Then the receptionist made a phone call to management. Management told them that they do not provide free bottled water. That situation needs to be addressed. "

"Quiet, and so private it doesn't have any windows. Staff were nice, convenient room service delivery was always prompt. However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said it would. ".The breakfast service needs clearer instructions on how to order custom egg preparations (such as omelettes or sunny-side-up eggs). I stood at the counter for quite a while, but the chef just stared at me without saying anything. When I finally asked if I could have sunny-side-up eggs prepared over-easy, the chef simply told me to go ahead and take a seat. I was left wondering how the kitchen would remember my specific order and table number, especially after the delay. I eventually had to ask my server for clarification"
