A lot cockroaches, even inside the roons

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Even called to make sure our room was ok. Room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were nice and clean. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Never had staff be so friendly. Definitly went above and beyond.

Great hotel, the only bad part is coming of I-35, as it can get a bit dicey trying to merge after you exit and the hotel is about maybe .2 miles away, so you have to move across several lanes to your right at 50mph with moderate traffic, and little distance.
Besides that, clean room and friendly staff, I would come back to this hotel.

For a hotel right on the interstate it was very quiet. I liked the Austin music vibe created by the decor.

Ok so I unfortunately can’t give an amazing review simply because this hotel is so much less nice than how it appears in the photos, like many reviewers said. It really looks like a cute little boutique hotel but then it gives more motelly vibes. Honestly it’s not for lack of effort but the layout of the hotel and the way it was built don’t do it any favors. I found the walls to be quite thin and I didn’t like how the window was right over the walkway/corridor and as a woman traveling alone it didn’t feel super safe. Lastly they do have a sign that says “apologies it’s cricket season” in the lobby and while I didn’t see any in my room, there was a dead cricket right in front of the sign which made me kind of nervous when checking in about the level of the accommodations.
THAT being said the staff were SO KIND!! Honestly the staff were great. AND I feel like you can tell the hotel has put great efforts in to trying to make the hotel nice and boutiquey feeling despite the unfortunate and slightly sketchy layout.
I would stay here again. But probably just for a short work stay, not likely for a vacation or if I wanted to really treat myself. But once again thank you to all the staff for being so kind.

Incredible breakfast - including many gluten free options as well as lactose-free milk! Thank you! The property is slightly dated, but very adorable and pretty well maintained. Everything was very clean and pretty quiet. There is nothing else you can walk to and the restaurant was undergoing renovations, so not open for food.
