Room was not ready to check in at 4pm; came back after reunion ~12am and it took a super long time to check in even though I had booked through Expedia/prepaid; no elevators (I am disabled); hotel was desolate... seemed like I was only person there; when I went to get breakfast at 9am on Sunday, there were no eggs and I was told they ran out hours ago (only hotel staff were eating). The most aggravating part is there are only super small coffee cups with no lids so had to immediately leave to get breakfast and decent coffee. Do not trust Expedia ratings!!

I'm so very sorry that your room was not ready in time. At The Clover Hotel, housekeeping tries really hard to have the rooms ready by 4pm. as far as no elevators, if you would have requested a 1st floor, or a handicap room, we would make sure to have that for you. we really hope that you give us another chance, as what you experienced is not a normal.. we changed up breakfast and now include omelettes and bacon. please feel free to reach out to the hotel, and I will be sure to make things right with you. thank you again -management

Clean and great staff. A decent breakfast. We stayed in the offseason so the rates were great. I’m sure on a Notre Dame game day prices are different. Overall a great hotel and close to the University.

It was very clean! The staff was friendly and kind. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, including the pillows!

Dated facility, didn’t always have hot water. Ice machine broken, limited continental breakfast

Friendly atmosphere and great staff, the Lucky Gnome bar was awesome as well.

Fairly clean, bathroom and beds ok. Aircon is good but a little loud. No outdoor pool but a nice indoor pool. Gym is sparse but it’ll do. Laundry facilities good. Staff a little slow in replacing fire alarm battery so we had to change rooms. Breakfast left much to be desired. No waffles or pancakes. No bacon ever only sausage. No milk for cereal on my last day. Bananas on my first day and none the rest of the time, and only stale apples. No other fruits. No fresh oatmeal. Very sparse. Coffee, decaf coffee, and teas pretty good and available 24 hours.
