I liked the facility-I do think it’s cheesy to charge for parking after you have stayed it shows up on your bill

Visiting my brother in the hospital. The shuttle service was so helpful. The driver and desk staff very kind.

Double Tree looks and charges fancy and high end prices. At first glance, it seems fancy, but when we stayed there, things are dilapidated, falling apart, dirty, and in need of repair or replacement. It was way overpriced. Had to pay for breakfast which was same as free breakfast at other hotels that charge less per night. $18 for “breakfast buffet” that is average hotel breakfast. Will not be staying there again! The shower head and valve moved all over the place. There was a M&M and skittle beside the bed. The floor and mirror were dirty in the bathroom. There was dust on the headboard and night stand. The bathroom sink top was really dirty. There were tags in the closet on the floor from someone else. There were tears on the shower curtain.

I found clumps of dust in the corner of our bedside table & the shower shampoo & soap holders have stains. It was just too busy & hectic to complain. Elevator is slow. Front desk are ok.
