The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was always friendly. Parking was just a block away in a covered garage. The restaurant is delicious!

The staff at the desk was not very friendly unless I instigated a conversation. The Girls at the desk were more interested in there phones. Very unprofessional. The Girl that Ran the Restaurant was Awesome very engaging.

Our stay at the Marlin Hotel was awesome! The location is perfect, close to the beach and a ton of restaurants which is very convenient. The hotel room was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would change for next time is to ask for a room away from the main door on the first floor as it was constantly being slammed shut which made it quite loud in the mornings for us. Other than that, I have no complaints and I will definitely be returning to stay here in the future!

The Hotel is in a perfect area , beach was just across the street easy access to food places & also mini marts

I bought the travel package through Expedia. When we got to the hotel we found out that there is an additional mandatory charges per day would be added in addition to my total package deal. This was a surprise to me as this extra charge was not mentioned anywhere on the Expedia booking site.

Great location - one block from Ocean Drive - we went to The Versace Mansion 3 blocks away for dinner - a must see and the cost was the same as any other restaurant in the vicinity- took the hop on hop off one day which was so so but did give us a lay of the land - great trip over all

Property was centrally located in South Beach.
Only disappointment was breakfast was not available
in restaurant. Also, restaurant operated independently
from hotel, so meals couldn't be charged to your room.
