I like that the property had a 24 hr pool and was quiet clean and great stay beautiful room however the service there is really bad didn't get ice as I requested also the staff was kinda dry and rude like because they were the extension of the prime hotel we didn't matter only the other guest did and they had dinner parties mever invited ua to have dinner there or anything

One of the best hotel in the yams definitely going back & Prime Hotel will be rebooked again. For a small hotel it’s in a remote area literally one block away from the beach & the receptionist Alejandro that guy is way beyond awesome, he deserves 100 stars alone with no exceptions. It was my first time in the yams/South Beach from NyC & he made my birthday extremely enjoyable as for the Prime Hotel another 100 stars itself. Thanks guys & see you soon. ..

Property was ideally located and the restaurant was great. Had a few issues communicating with staff to get issues resolved but everyone was pleasant.

Great hotel!! It’s Quiet. It’s clean!! Papi steak around the corner. They got a restaurant downstairs. It’s away from the strip but not far If you want peace and quiet.

Really enjoyed this hotel, it’s in a perfect location, quiet but close to good Food & entertainment. Rachelle was awesome, answer all questions & was very pleasant and accommodating
