Great location and all the staff were soooo nice! Room and bathroom were small but that doesn’t bother me. Very central location that made it easy to get around and the food and service within the hotel was fabulous

The location and cleanliness were not the problem with this property. The issues, on two occasions was communication between the employees. I called the front desk and requested two towels. 30 minutes later I called a second time and still did not ever get the towels. It took a third call and an hour later. Issue number 2: I should have received a text message from the valet, which I never received. Instead I called the front desk to get my car, and they reminded me that it would take 20 minutes to get my vehicle and they would contact the valet. I remember the valet telling me that when we arrived so expected as much. We went down 20 minutes later to pick up our car and the valet told me he did not receive my request. I shared with him the contents of the conversation I had with the front desk. The valet was not interested in what I shared with him and proceeded to tell me it’s going to take 20 more minutes to get my car. Poor service is one thing and that will happen on occasions, it has before and what makes the difference is how the employee reacts and try’s to correct the problem to the best of their ability. The staff here at this property have zero emotional intelligence and did not represent their brand very well. But then again, it starts with management.

Ado, Caroline and Cory were the best. Customer service was excellent. Social hour was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely come back and refer more people. It’s a little gem on Collins Ave.

I had a bad experience checking my room, they gave me the wrong room and told me that there was nothing available ( basically, I just have to suck it up) then the safe in my room didn’t work. I tried to talk to the manager and she was actually the one who checked me in. Of course, I got the same treatment on the phone which was not helpful at all. I’ve stayed with this hotel a few times and this is the worse experience I’ve ever had with them.

Great options for food and close to other areas. Pool and beach area amazing. Service was great.
