No star hotel Expedia should not book for any one old room out side need remodelling no ac no refrig no iron very dirty hotel no ac in elvatour no ac in loppy no cold water very bad hotel I suggested Expedia to break contract with hotel

Smelly room with unsecured balcony door, music from early am to after midnight loud.

Absolutely dirty. Moldy rooms. Horrible mattress and bedding sheets. No towels in the bathrooms. It was last minute booking since it was late and tired to continue driving for another 3 hours ….

I would not go back

The hotel was kinda run down and not very clean. It took more than one hour to check in. The swimming pool water was not clear and it closed really early during the day.

I checked in twice. The first time it took me over an hour to check in. Then they said that there was only one reservation in order to try to get more money. They did it again the second time as well. Then the first day there was no water pressure. I had to use a water bottle that I had to get shampoo out of my hair. I had no towels. I asked for an iron, they said I would need to ask in the morning. They asked for money for the tax, then did not give me the change. They said they did not have change, for me to get it later. They did this because I am American. Then one of the receptionists kept hitting on my fiance, and he asked me where we were going that night. I said some place. He said your fiance is very beautiful call me so I can meet you guys and see if she has a sister as beautiful as her. Then he told me he is the handsomest man at the hotel and not me, so I should be jealous. The massage facility was not open. The food was not meant for a dog to eat. I only came here because everything else was booked and there is no way I will ever come to this place again. You could not pay me to stay again. They are crooks and thieves here.

Dear Mr Steven, We acknowledge receipt of your Complaint dated 07/17/2022 and we apologize for the delay in our response given the flow and potential of Residents at our Hotel during this High Season Period. Further to your letter of complaint and after studying your file, we would like to inform you of the following: 1. First, we are surprised why you did not claim all the facts reported when you were there and why you did not ask to meet a Manager (the Hotel Manager or others…) 2. We did not understand what do you mean by “Then they said that there was only one reservation in order to get more. They did it again the second time as well » If your Booking is Confirmed why they asked that !!! 3. Regarding Water Pressure. This outage is general throughout the Sousse area and our booster worked normally to supply all the rooms, we just had to wait a while for the water to arrive!!! 4. You asked for Towels and the Valet on duty provided them, for the iron it was impossible to provide them given the late hour and the closing of the Hotel Laundry. (You may have asked to meet with a Manager to resolve the issue). 5. The tourist tax is mandatory and payable on site by all customers regardless of Nationality including Tunisians and this according to the law in force (For the return of the currency you could insist on recovering your balance immediately) 6. Concerning the facts recorded towards the Receptionist, we are carrying out a thorough investigation to determine the responsibilities and once again we ask you why you did not declare this on the spot and have asked to meet the Director immediately ( Who lives on site at the Hotel !!!). 7. The Massage Center is being restructured for this period and will be open in a few days. 8. For the Restoration we inform you that the rate of satisfaction for the food is 80% according to the Resident customers during the same period of your stay!!! However, we apologize once again for the inconvenience reported according to your statements and Letter of Complaint and invite you to revise your position after reading our response above. In the hope of welcoming you another time and counting you among our most privileged Guests, please receive our most cordial and respectful greetings.

I paid for 9 nights but they didn't allow me to stay more than 7 nights. The swimming pool was empty, there wasn't air conditionner, no hospitality and the staff are no respectful . A bad experience
