Rooms without A/C they charge to turn it on. Very very dirty and noises all nite. Owner kind but sort temper. I only spend few hrs there I check out the same day.

Thank you for your review. When booking any room it is very important to check what amenities are in your room.We offer a variety of room types as our guests all have different likes and dislikes. AC and the number and size of beds vary as does the price. You booked our cheapest room so 1 queen bed and No AC. If you change your mind no problem. But there I is an additional cost. I will agree noise is an issue in Sosua. However, we are located away from downtown so a much quieter hotel than manyAlso it is important for all our guests to know that if you arrive at 3 am in the morning (0300). You have to pay for the day before to hold the room or wait till 2 pm in the afternoon that day for your room to become available. This is universal across all hotels as is the variety of rooms Thank you again.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. . We are a small budget hotel and cannot meet all of our clients needs. We are not a 5 star all inclusive but more a 3 star family operated hotel. We provide a friendly safe environment for our guests where they can relax after a busy day touring or at the beach. Thank you, Shelley

The picture on the webpage are not current they must be the pictures from when the hotel was at it’s prime. Room window was missing glass panels. The door to the room was about to fall off and the room walls where very dirty. The ceiling had mold and paint flicking off with water intrusion. I wouldn’t go back and would definitely not recommend anyone to this hotel

Sorry to hear about your experience at our hotel. Not sure what room you are referring to as there I had you listed has not pained nor broken windows. Also I am always interested in water leakage as we have had a lot of rain but could not find any. As for mold that is not acceptable and means a long time issue which I am not aware of. No mold was found but i will continue to monitor the rooms. Thank you for your feedback.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Hotel is close to everything.Great stay for budget travellers!

The place change drastically from my last visit 10 years ago. The pool was dirty, the rooms were inhabitable and the area was not inviting. I was highly disappointed and left the next day.

Good day: I am sorry you had such a bad experience. Our pool filtration system was down and we were waiting on parts. It has since been repaired, I am sorry for this inconvenience. Sorry your stay was not satisfactory. Sosua is a unique tourist town and as a result new guests need to be careful when dealing with the locals. You need to respect their culture and not take advantage of them. As the owner and long time resident I am here to help you with understanding the culture. Sorry for the difficulties you encountered.
