the gentleman wanted me to stop the music (low volume) in the bar in the center at 6 pm, in the middle of the afternoon, sorry but on your next holiday I recommend the mountains!

We liked the location. We like how easy check in and check out was. We liked the breakfast made to order. All the people were very friendly!

this guest never showed up at our facility even having made a reservation, obviously the guest, not being able to cancel on the same day of check-in, even by not showing up, leaves a bad review, it shouldn't work like this, this is one Expedia's management mistake, not being able to perform a No Show.

This was a good place to stay in Sorrento if you want to be centrally located to everything. Train, ferry, shops, restaurants are all very close. The staff was wonderful and the morning breakfast was really nice. My only complaint is the street noise at night, especially on the weekends. If you're staying during busy season or on a weekend, and want to get to bed before midnight you'll hear a lot of partying in the area.

We didn’t end up staying there. It what not as shown. They say parking there is not any. We left and stayed elsewhere Terrible service very unhelpful

Hi, it is clearly stated on the portal that parking is a paid service, we are in the center, maybe read carefully when you book. the guests never showed up at the facility.
