Hotel room doesn’t have a see through window, very dark. It’s very uncomfortable to stay.

The hotel was mostly clean however our room had a bad smell and we later found very bad mold under the sink. Other than that the room was nice. The staff also did a nice welcome decor to celebrate our honeymoon.

We stayed here for a one night layover and it was perfect. We walked to the night market. The hotel room was very spacious, modern and clean. I would stay here again.

Good but could be better
Posted 28 Jan 2024 on HotelsLocation was very convenient with the MRT nearby. Service staff was helpful and polite but have experienced better at other hotels. Lighting was too dim overall if you need to do any near work. Dim lighting also hides dirt (if any). The platform beds for double and twin rooms are not friendly to anyone with bad knees. Our tv system was just updated and we couldn’t seem to access any local channels. The staff we sought help from also couldn’t help so we left it as such since it was not a major issue to us. Only lift was small and slow.
Overall satisfied but have experienced better in other Taiwan boutique hotels
