I stayed for one week, and the people were very helpful. Their breakfast was very good, and the room was cleaned every day.

Not that bad, but it's pricey for the property that they are charging.

Parking was a little challenging as we arrived back to the hotel very late due to the timing of our dance competitions but it was well lit and I didn't feel unsafe. The property is very nice and staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, we had some housekeeping issues. Our shower wall had long hairs stuck to it and when I told the front desk I was told that it would be taken care of. When we got back to our room very late that evening, I could tell that someone had been in the room as the bathroom garbage had been emptied but the hairs were still there, the beds were not made and the garbage in the room hadn't been emptied. It was too late to call housekeeping but I did mention this to the front desk in the morning and they apologized. It would have been nice to have something taken off of the bill but I didn't push.

Room booked was to sleep 4. We walked into a king bed, no way it was sleeping four. The front desk made no effort to rectify the situation and indicated they were fully booked. I walked away and was able to book another room with double beds, then came back to check in for my second room and told the guy who just said they were fully booked that I had to get a second room because the accomadtions were not what was described to me, and he really didn’t care. Did not give any information or suggestions about the hotel. The buffet breakfast they offer is misleading. There is a sign at the restaurant that says “there is a charge if you bring the breakfast to go” it was set up like a free continental breakfast. No one was around to explain any of that, and looking back at the description it did not say breakfast was a charge. $20 per person for a continental breakfast. When we complained, none of the employees spoke English. We were there for a dance competition that was hosted by this venue. They couldn’t even have coffee in the lobby. None of the ice machines on ANY floors, so we had to go down to the restaurant (that opened at 5 ) to get ice. Which was never communicated upon arrival. One elevator was broken & another bounced several times when the door opened. With all the people staying there and going up and down constantly, this also could have been communicated. There wasn’t even an out of order sign on there. We hope we do not have to stay here again!

Thin walls, can hear noise from other rooms, honking of cars in parking lots even on the fifth floor. Dead flies in the bathroom when we checked in, indicative of sanitation issues. Outdated outlets, no USB ports in room. Poor housekeeping services, requested a bath/bar soap at front desk the evening we checked in, desk clerk promised to send the bath soap that never materialized. The coffee machine had to be unplugged from the wall to turn it on/off as the on off switch wasn't working. The only plus seems to lots of parking space. I think this hotel has seen better days.
