It is a nice hotel for the price. It's on a quiet street but still in the downtown, very conveniently located. There was some disappointment due to, although our room was clean overall, there were dirty stains (from pet food, maybe) on some cardboards as well as on the bathroom door. Carpet also had big outlined stains but there was no bad smell at all so it seemed to be thoroughly cleaned. It was our second stay in the hotel and it made a better impression the first time, so we'll see it we decide to stay there again or not. Also, need to keep in mind that room pictures give you an impression of a much bigger space than there actually is.

The room was great. Very new and clean. It was walkable to downtown.

Guest never indicated to the front desk and/or management any problems they had with the room during their 2-day stay. We would have gladly tried to move them and/or fix any problems or concerns they had while they were here. Asked Expedia to contact us to request a full refund a week later, which we declined.

Room was small but cute. Had an old smell. Bathroom was roomy but needed more counter space
