Booked a 2nd floor room. They gave me a 1st floor. Desk attendant said 2nd floor was the bottom floor. ???!!!! Hotel had 4 cars on my side and she said No 2nd floor rooms available.
Not helpful and would not fix their error and wouldnt compensate me. Trim falling off around door, bathroom door comoletely bent and top portion of hallow door would not fit/close. Cold air poured in through windowsills and outside door frame. Not a 8.2 rating Expedia. Sorry.
