You get what you pay for
Posted 2 Feb 2024 on HotelsWhen we arrived we were told that the room for four (the apartment) wasn’t available. (They took no responsibility for this. Blaming hotels.com for making a reservation for a room that was unavailable) The receptionist couldn’t find our booking. So we were put into two double rooms. The check in wasn’t done correctly due to this. We didn’t pay when we arrived. We weren’t registered with our passports and told about the tourist tax. We were told we could have breakfast and then the next morning told we can’t. The room itself was nice. Although not what we wanted/reserved. The noise from the main road outside was loud. Above us was a restaurant and early morning the moving of chairs woke us up. The pool was ok. But no other facilities were working (hot tub or sauna). The parking was very good.

Bulding is huge but empty, room looks old. Carpet dirty, sofas very old. Spa. Just sauna and jacuzzy no even massage service, gym doesnt work.

Waste bin in toilet full of dirty tissue from last occupants told receptionist who said she is on her own so can’t clean
Had to chat a much smaller room on street side very noisy
Will cancel my next reservation and look elsewhere

Posted 20 Dec 2021 on HotelsWe chose this hotel due to its easy access to main roads. Initially the hotel looked deserted and we had to call the reception to guide us to the working section. We booked a twin room, but we were given a double room, so we had to ask for a change. The room was spacious, but there was only one dim light for the whole place.
