Grand Hotel which lives up to it’s name…Excellent Staff and facilities also ideally placed for sightseeing, Restaurants and Bars etc

A lovely, comfortable room. Good service int eh restaurant, cafe and bar. Negatives: poor drainage in the shower and bathroom sink, low lightling in the bathroom for a woman who's applying makeup.

Our go to place every time we are in Sofia. Staff is kind, professional and very helpful.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. This was our first time in Sofia and we were surprised that the hotel was close to the airport and in the City Centre. It was walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. The staff were brilliant, very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we had dinner at the Shades of Red which is the restaurant at the hotel. Excellent food and service. Thank you to all the staff making our stay there enjoyable.

This is by far the top hotel in Bulgaria and my preferred place when I come to Sofia.
Attention to detail is unparalleled for the standard in the country, room size and views are impressive.
Thanks to the staff, especially to Vassil Velkov who was able to rectify a minor issue with friendliness and enthusiasm!

Excellent location nice spacious hotel room we had a twin room use of gym . Breakfast was decent too

Very centrally located. A lovely hotel with large comfortable rooms. Service was on the whole good, with good variety and at breakfast.

Staff were very helpful. Room was incredibly spacious and the premium toilettes were great!
