I didn't like the fact of I booked a reservation and when get there he asked for a deposit and I just spent all the money I had on the room and the reason for getting the room was cause power outage do to tornado that ripped threw where I live and power was still out was no hot water for two days wanted a hot shower because had to next morning so basically person at counter told had to have deposit and I told him didn't have it so I tried to get on phone and see if could get it and couldn't so I went back in and told him id have to cancel and get refund and instead of cancelling the reservation his self so I could get my money back he told me I had to call Expedia so I called them next morning when woke up and they told me it was to late to get money back and that they could of cancelled my reservation before so could have got money back so basically instead of doing the right thing then stole my money cause they could of canceled it but didn't . So now I guess I'm hiring a lawyer to sew them

No breakfast included even though advertised and there’s a train out back that was loud all night long.

Cheap but not worth it

The lady at the front desk had no personality. Rude to a point. Asked her if there was a room on the 1st floor due to my arthritis and the elevator was broken. she was very unhelpful. The $100 deposit they charge is ridiculous! Room was decently clean. Bed was hard. Room was non smoking, but really stank of smoke. Won’t stay her again. To me, customer service is huge.

Sorry for the inconvenience our hotel policy show under general deposit is required for 100.00 potential damages your reservation only paid for room and tax we don't have your credit card information our hotel show clearly for under deposit policy when everything is okay in room we fully refund for deposit for all our guest if anything wrong we always call guest before we charge Sorry for the inconvenience about elevator if we have limited room on first floor if we have not available at the time check inn sorry for front desk lady you have bad experience we look forward to provide better service in the future. thank you for staying with us Thank you

I would stay again

The location was great for me because I had to go to different parts of the town so it was easy to get in and out

The room was a good size, The beds were comfortable. The coffee in the room was the best ever. There was a train that was close to the property but I was never woken by it. I actually got the best sleep I have had in 6 months
