As close to Peugeot factory was full of temporary workers so quite noisy--also charged for a room which was already paid for so they struggled to do refund

In order to be able to refund we have some requirements, there are limits offers and limit delays and if you cancelled too late it might be possible that we cant refund you for the full amount of reservation. no communication with booking details

i booked hotel with a requirements 1.room without stairs as i am disabled unable to climb stairs what did i get a room on first floor with flight of steps to get to totaly useless asked for disabled room what did i get very small room with 30cm space between bed and wall to bathroom that has a step with no disabled facilities you gave no concideration to my booking if this hotel has not any disabled facilities you should of told me and noteccepted booking without in forming me ect. i will be requiring hotels on my return trip using this site gives me no confidence paid for hotel room and slept in my car because of steps my wife had nice sleep but was very small room and very basic

Great for quick night near the motorway

The rooms are very tiny, but work fine if you just need a place to sleep that is near the motorway.

Fine except for someone else in our room

Rooms are big enough for the basics, but didn't have towels. Worst was that having prepaid you can arrive until midnight with a compute allocation system for room access but there are no reception staff after 8. We arrived at 8:20 to find someone else in our room- a receptionist was doing a dodgy putting non-system bookings on. Luckily the squatter was reasonable and managed to find a random staff member- the last thing you want after a long day, a long drive, and not speaking the language well enough to negotiate access for a now-dirty room, is that kind of stress. We would be reluctant to use the chain again. Breakfast is offered on checkin and is 5 euros each but aside from fresh baguette and brioches all comes in plastic. Not very nutritious but gets you on your way if need be.

Niveau propreté satisfaisant mais une grosse odeur désagréable à notre arrivé ds la chambre ,obligé de ouvrir la porte 10mn mais à notre 2emes retour pareil
