"The room clean, although shared, the bathrooms were clean and always available when I needed it. By far the staff is the best, they are accommodating, professional and super friendly Oh yeah, did I mention the location… "

"We stayed in a twin room. The only issue we had was the top bunk was cold and the bottom bunk was hot. We would try to go to the rooftop and it would be closed at the most random times. I'm not talking late either. The staff was kind. For the price and for the location, I would stay here again and again though."

"This was an amazing NYC hotel experience. This hotel provides lots of little extras to make the experience feel special. They welcomed us at reception with champagne (and offered water as well); snacks in the room were complimentary; larger hotel room then many in NYC with a beautiful bathroom; and the concierge recommended a great coffeeshop across the street. A+, 10 out of 10, will stay again."

"Location - Times Square 1 minute- Excellent. Room was not big but clean and room service everyday. Price is decent as compare to other hotels. Breakfast choice is same every day so you may be bore. Hotel staff nice and polite."
