Smelled of cigarettes everywhere. Could never get the television to work it was plugged into extension cord just not what I expected. Breakfast area was extremely hot and area was not clean.

I think for a quick night stay it was great, the beds were clean, easy to park. Very quiet area, easily accessible. The free breakfast was bad. And the bathroom, or elevator didnt seem clean.

The king size bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains were nice. The faucet pressure in the bathroom was very low and at times not very functional. The shower water was often cold and would take about 10 minutes to heat up (no exaggeration). After taking a shower, the bathroom would flood with water, only having a single drain, which never helped it drain completely. That became uncomfortable. The floors of the walk in shower and bathroom had also not been cleaned very well upon arrival. On our second day in town, I asked for a new set of towels and they only had one towel, hand towel, and floor towel to give me; they had nothing else to spare. The pool area was not kept up, rocks in the pool, trash on the ground and clearly not well kept. It was a place to sleep for a couple of nights but nothing more. Wouldn’t recommend!

There was limited hot water in the shower. No breakfast left nor did they replenish it. Limited staff to help with check in.

Was very upsetting to get there and being told no hot water after driving many hours and all you want is shower and rest. Hotel had a smell too and elevator was dirty. Needs improvement of hygiene

We stayed for one night and the only downfall is no hot water in the shower, other than that everything was good and clean. Also if you stay in the first floor, you may hear noise from the ballroom parties they have going on.
