A comfortable stay
Posted 2 Feb 2024 on HotelsWe let us ourselves in to our room (one bedroom suite) and were visited by the resident cat which was very welcome. Soon after the owner came and gave us a run down of local information.
There was a plentiful supply for our continental breakfast for two days and a wide range of kitchen gadgets.
The view from the living room over the Duck River was great especially when the tide was in.
The property is up a steep drive and a little away from the shops so not an easy walk.
A good base for visiting Stanley (including the penguins coming ashore at night) and the Tarkine Drive (if time allows).
