"The room was a bit on the small side. TV pixels were faded on half of the screen. Landscaping in poor condition. Dead plants on entrance. However room was clean."

"Had to take cold showers because the hot water wasn’t turning on. One of the lights weren’t working so I was halfway in the dark. Towels were dirty and it was hair every where. Other than that had a peaceful stay."

"The room was quite large, separate sleeping area & living area with kitchenette & in room laundry. Everything was clean. Pool area looked nice, but we didn’t really use on this trip. Loved the free snacks! Location was very convenient with short drives to downtown Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale & the airport. Would stay here again. If you can’t do stairs, I would suggest requesting a first floor room. My only “complaint” was that the fridge door swung open from the wall making it awkward to access."

"A friend and I did an overnight girls' road trip from CA to AZ for spring training and this hotel was just the right fit for us! For one, the staff was incredibly welcoming and flexible. Halfway through our road trip, I got a text from the staff that basically asked if we needed any special accommodations prior to check-in. Initially, I thought it was going to be an automated/robotic response so i was hesitant to text back. But it turns out, they responded normally, an ACTUAL HUMAN for once. I texted back asking for an early check-in if possible and they made it happen! Mariela at the front desk was great and extremely welcoming. Sloan Park is a little less than a mile and half away, so we just walked to the stadium. The Tempe Marketplace is also conveniently nearby with tons of stores (if needed). Lastly the room layout was my favorite! Felt like a little cozy apartment with tons of space for just us two. 10/10 recommend and would return! "

"Great staff, clean room, comfortable beds. AC in room was noisy....making it difficult to sleep. Eggs at breakfast were crumbly....not moist & fresh. Bacon bits were served one morning...would have much preferred regular strips of bacon. Close to many shops and restaurants as well as to the freeway. "

"Original location overbooked. Had to go 10 miles away at night time. That made it much further away from our planned destinations. No notice of overbooking until we arrived. At 2nd location, No bedding for pullout. Asked first night, still none. Only 3 pillows. Flooring gritty. No lights for pool area. Lady at front desk was very nice. "
