Hyatt Place Phoenix / Downtown

Hyatt Place Phoenix / Downtown

10/10 Excellent
"Our room was very clean. The hotel itself smelled and looked clean. There is a restaurant downstairs in lobby area that has happy hour, we didn’t get to try as they closed at 10pm on a Wednesday night. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The onsite coffee shop (they make Starbucks coffee) was operated by the same person who was checking guests in and out so we were not able to buy coffee because she was busy with guests. Also $44 for all day valet seemed too much. There is self parking at a parking garage near by but they also charge around $35 for all day."
