"The overall property was clean. The pool and hot tub area could use a lot of improvement and cleaning. It looked a little run down. There were a couple of broken down cars in the parking lot clearly hadn’t been moved in a long time. The staff did not mention breakfast or any other amenities upon checking in. The traffic nearby is loud in the evening. Something to consider if you want to stay somewhere quiet. Overall I’d recommend it for a couple days. "

"The room was quite large, separate sleeping area & living area with kitchenette & in room laundry. Everything was clean. Pool area looked nice, but we didn’t really use on this trip. Loved the free snacks! Location was very convenient with short drives to downtown Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale & the airport. Would stay here again. If you can’t do stairs, I would suggest requesting a first floor room. My only “complaint” was that the fridge door swung open from the wall making it awkward to access."

"Place was terrible. Very dirty. Cigarette stains on the bedding. Stains on the couch. No cook ware even when you rent a suite with a kitchen. I’m still waiting on a refund…. The area of town felt very unsafe. "

"The parking terrace was a pain - working only part of the time. That company was unreachable for help; the resort manager's office was separate & could not help. The key fob failed several times to open the building from the parking terrace. Leaving one stuck waiting for someone else to come out so you could get in - not secure & very inconvenient. To add to the insult one paid extra fees to not be able to use it."

"A friend and I did an overnight girls' road trip from CA to AZ for spring training and this hotel was just the right fit for us! For one, the staff was incredibly welcoming and flexible. Halfway through our road trip, I got a text from the staff that basically asked if we needed any special accommodations prior to check-in. Initially, I thought it was going to be an automated/robotic response so i was hesitant to text back. But it turns out, they responded normally, an ACTUAL HUMAN for once. I texted back asking for an early check-in if possible and they made it happen! Mariela at the front desk was great and extremely welcoming. Sloan Park is a little less than a mile and half away, so we just walked to the stadium. The Tempe Marketplace is also conveniently nearby with tons of stores (if needed). Lastly the room layout was my favorite! Felt like a little cozy apartment with tons of space for just us two. 10/10 recommend and would return! "

"Awesome location. Good breakfast options. Roof top bar was closed but looked cool. Only complaint was our room’s fan was SOOO loud! It rattled and vibrated our bed, waking us up several times throughout the night. :( "
