"Had to have someone come clean our bathroom because of the hair and possible blood on the back of the bathroom door. Got in late Friday night and didn’t have any sheets, blanket, or pillow to make the couch for our kid and had to ask twice on Saturday but other than that it was a great stay. "

"Stayed in a King room. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is pretty new and is in great condition. Great location for walking to ASU campus, bars, restaurants etc. Be aware of the charge for valet parking. Enjoyed our stay and will be back when we are in Tempe. "

"The team member who greeted me at check-in (which I had pre-completed) was so kind, and this really helped expedite my process since I was on a time crunch that evening. The size of my room was so cozy and accessible, and everything functioned perfectly. The fitness center, breakfast, and pool were all great, and I'm glad I was able to squeeze in a chance to utilize all of them before my checkout the next morning. The stairs were so conveniently positioned next to my room / most of the room too – lots of natural sunlight, so I felt comfortable entering and exiting the building throughout the day!"

"Had to take cold showers because the hot water wasn’t turning on. One of the lights weren’t working so I was halfway in the dark. Towels were dirty and it was hair every where. Other than that had a peaceful stay."

"HITS - Convenient Location - Friendly staff - Rooms are clean - A/C works well - Beds are comfortable - Omelet maker chef is excellent - Great Breakfast selection, good variety & quality - Coffee was good MISSES - Sidewalks were dangerously slippery when wet from the landscape watering - Only one very small (apartment size) washer/dryer for entire complex & requires quarters to operate - No milk alternatives at Breakfast, promised three days in a row - Pool is somewhat small, hot tub is very small - Pool dominated by obnoxious teenage boys (wife was nearly hit by a football thrown by one of them) - Pillows were very uncomfortable "

"A friend and I did an overnight girls' road trip from CA to AZ for spring training and this hotel was just the right fit for us! For one, the staff was incredibly welcoming and flexible. Halfway through our road trip, I got a text from the staff that basically asked if we needed any special accommodations prior to check-in. Initially, I thought it was going to be an automated/robotic response so i was hesitant to text back. But it turns out, they responded normally, an ACTUAL HUMAN for once. I texted back asking for an early check-in if possible and they made it happen! Mariela at the front desk was great and extremely welcoming. Sloan Park is a little less than a mile and half away, so we just walked to the stadium. The Tempe Marketplace is also conveniently nearby with tons of stores (if needed). Lastly the room layout was my favorite! Felt like a little cozy apartment with tons of space for just us two. 10/10 recommend and would return! "
