The road to get into the hotel is terrible!!! It needs repaired or create another way in

Pool and hot tub was closed…cable service was not working most of our stay…the driveway into the hotel was horrible with potholes. Unacceptable

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We appreciate the 4/5 even though you encountered many issues during your stay. The entire area was affected by Direct TV's outage; frustrating, for sure. There would never be a good time for closing the pool area for renovations, but we've tried to get it done before the busy summer - again, unfortunate time for your stay. And, finally, the driveway into the parking lot - definitely a project we are waiting to address once the weather changes. We are sorry for the inconveniences that you faced and hope that next time you are in the area we will make a 5/5 impression on you!

We booked the hotel for a cheer competition all weekend. I went out of my way to find a hotel with a large pool and hotub to enjoy the weekend with kids. When we arrived they informed us the pool was closed all weekend. Our room had a tub so I let the kids fill it up and play in it to pass some time. I had to scrub it clean, there was gross hair everywhere. When it came time to go to bed, the people upstairs were jumping on floors and beds until 11 PM. We called to the front desk 3 times for them to get it taken care of. We booked for 2 nights and ended up just staying one night and going home early, it wasnt worth spending another day and night there.

Thank you for leaving your feedback regarding your stay with us. I'm sorry that the hotel was not quiet - we did indeed have a group of cheerleaders here that had a tough time settling down. Expedia does NOT show that we have an operable pool at this time, and you did receive a prearrival email stating the fact that it was and would be closed during the time of your visit, as well as during the check in process. It's a shame that you didn't reach out prior to arrival indicating your concern

They advertised a pool- the only reason we booked this specific hotel and the hotel was under construction- very disappointed
