A great value for visits to Dettifoss (both sides, paved as well as gravel road) and Myvatn (3/4h drive). Groceries in Husavik or Myvatn. The welcome present of organic soap was extremely touching for my wife who is enthusiastic about soaps with different natural tastes

Wonderful scenic quiet location near Asbryrgi. Large room with full kitchen.

Posted 26 Jun 2021 on HomeAwayWe wish we had stayed an additional day. Augusta was an excellent host. The cabins was outfitted with everything you could possible want or need. Great detail went into every aspect of the lodging. The views were stellar and the area had so much to offer we could not fit it all in. We took a 6 mile horse riding trip with the host along the Driftwood beach on Artic Ocean. Even with the overcast conditions it was one of the highlights of our trip.
