Accommodation was round the back next to the carpark. People coming & going all night. Car alarms going off & police sirens. Flat was below the bar so noise of people walking & furniture scraping. Outside staircase with csrpet fitters up & down all morning. Paid £320 for 2 nights but only stayed 1 as we had enough..very very disappointed

thank you for your review, as the flat is at the back of the hotel not sure you how you could have heard people coming and going all night as nobody can walk past the flat, yes you can hear police sirens as we are on the sea front and the police station is the next road back. The flat is below the bar but the bar closed at 2230 which is not really late, and there was nobody in the bar till the next night. The carpet fitters did not start walking up the fire escape until 930am.If the accommodation was that bad why did you not speak to us in the morning then wait to check out till 1630 hours the night before check out.The real issue here is that in July you wanted to cancel your booking, but as you had booked non refundable you was told you would still have to pay and the monies was taken.

very friendly warm welcome. could not ask for better host. room very clean and tidy. loved the chair lift to bar. had an amazing stay. will be booking soon for next year.

A bit disappointing for the cost
Posted 17 Jul 2023 on HotelsAs per reviews when booking this hotel it was a little disappointing. The room we had was very small and box like for the price you were paying.
The room was stuffy and when trying to keep the window open to bring in fresh air, there was no latch to keep it open.
The view of the back of housing was very unappealing.
Apart from that it was a good location and the breakfast was lovely
