Really clean caravan one comkplain TV to small rain near all weekend so could not go. far

Property was really clean,all the basics were there like microwave,toaster,kettle etc etc. I would go back there again.

Caravan was clean and well equipped. Could be numbered better on caravans and site. Site was clean and tidy

Property and facilities were great, short stroll to beach and friendly staff, not so good was the Mattress in the bedroom with the springs sticking out, but they replaced it, dont take down old signage about getting refunds, it applied at covid times, and poor wifi connection that you pay for.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the wifi connection, as the accommodation is self catering wifi is not provided, unfortunately this is supplied by a separate company which we have no control over.

Caravan was freezing at night heaters in the bedrooms didn't work that well I had 2 double quilts on and was still cold. The shower constantly dripped so had to take it off and put it on the tray so it didn't keep my daughter up anymore.

I am sorry that you were cold during the night, the caravan comes with an electric fire to the lounge, heated towel rail to the shower room and warm air blow heaters to both bedrooms, all of these appliances are checked prior to your check in and were in full working order. This holiday home is one of our Deluxe models and does not have full central heating, unfortunately the weather is beyond our control, but if you do feel the cold easily it would be advisable to look for a fully central heated caravan when booking so early in the season. I am sorry that you had an issue with the shower however we do operate a full housekeeping and maintenance team, had you reported this during your stay we would have attended to this straight away for you.

Caravan was a bit too basic and cold. The oven kept going out
