It is a nice and luxury hotel in the central European side of Istanbul. There are tons of restaurants in the area. But the hotel looks at a major intersection of a busy bridge. Once you step outside you can smell the strong smog and the rooms overlooking the front of the hotel are noisy even with windows closed. Breakfast is acceptable. Gym is nice and useable.

Okay for business travellers, not tourists.

Disappointing spa, the pool was cold and the Turkish bath had a weird smell. The room was okay, view was pretty average and the hotel isn’t so far away from the tourist areas. Free warm cookie on reception was a nice touch though.

Nice hotel , very clean . Ar conditioner was not working , the room was very hot . I asked the service to fix it and that was taking so long . I have hard time to sleep at 2 second nights because the room temperature, it’s was stressful for me and my wife because we have my little bay together with us . She’s can’t sleep as well, the room was very uncomfortable.

According to my research about your accommodation, you had some concern about the room type assigned. to clarify the concern; Room assign is doing process according to reservations room type. The hotel is 5 stars by all means, clean, excellent hospitality, great service and very nice breakfast. The staff at break fast restaurant are all very supportive, very special thanks to Mert (and his other colleague that I could not get his name). Both were very friendly with us and with my baby son.
