We were glad to read your message that you were very satisfied with your arrival and our colleagues as well. Thank you for your remark about the Covid spa information for foreigners and the Wifi as well. We are checking and correct them as soon as possible. We do apologize once again that the cold dinner was not prepared in time for you, we are very sorry about being late with it.

Kedves személyzet, kiváló ételek, szép, tiszta környezet.
A parkolás még szezonon kívül is nagyon nehézkes a környéken.

Köszönjük, hogy szállodánkat választotta pihenése helyszínéül, és maximális pontszámmal értékelte szolgáltatásainkat. Nagy örömünkre szolgál, hogy ételeink és a tisztaság mellett kollegáink kedvessége is elnyerte tetszését!
Köszönettel fogadtuk a parkolással kapcsolatos észrevételét is. A hétvégén Balaton körüli kerékpárversenyt rendeztek, melynek startja és célja is Siófokon volt, így nagyon sokan hagyták a város ezen részén egész napra autóikat. Emellett örömmel tudatjuk, hogy a parkolóhelyeink bővítése is napirenden van, de a tavalyi évben sajnos elsodorta a Covid helyzet a beruházást. Bízunk benne, hogy már a közeli jövőben sor kerülhet rá. Még egyszer köszönjük visszajelzését, mely fontos számunkra, ennek segítségével tovább jobbíthatjuk szolgáltatásaink színvonalát!
Reméljük, hogy hamarosan ismét szállodánkban üdvözölhetjük Önöket, szeretettel várjuk újabb látogatásukat!

3 day stay in sunny siafok
Posted 31 Aug 2019 on HotelsThe stay was great - facilities and the food choices are excellent. The staff are also very friendly and polite.
The only negative for us was that there was a conference going on and the attendees were really loud unfortunately some where staying in the rooms next to us and were really noisy even after midnight!

Perfect hotel in Siófok
Posted 9 Aug 2019 on HotelsResidence Balaton Conference hotel is a good hotel close to lake Balaton. During summer vacation period this hotel is mainly visited by familieswith young children. During my stay it offered half-board. Both breakfast and dinner buffet have plenty of options and will kept stocked very well. There were no long queues or empty trays. Drinks came very fast and they carry a hugh selection.
Rooms are well sized, clean and modern. They are exactly as pictured. I didn't use their facilities much as I was on a business trip, but I expect them being as pictured as well. The hotel has a private beach at the lake at a very short stroll.

Good class hotel in quiet residential area. Short walk to the lake for sunset views.
