Sintra hotel rooms a the Vincci

"It is not easy to get in and out of the hotel by uber or Bolt. In order to get to the hotel by Uber, we had to get an QR code for the driver to access the road to be in front of the hotel. Each QR code costs €2 and hotel guests have to pay for it. I requested the code via Expedia message which blacked my email address in the message and the hotel did not respond. I also reached out to the hotel by WhatsApp to get an QR code and I never received it. We ended up to lug our suitcases from the Bolt drop off place to the hotel. Very inconvenient. "

"Historic hotel close to centre, old-world charm and very comfortable rooms to lounge in. My room was large, had plenty of cupboard space and a lovely view over surrounding countryside. Good breakfast, with friendly restaurant staff. Great place to stay."

"Villas da Cintra was very conveniently located. Only about 5 minutes walk from the train station. It was a pleasant surprise to have a skylight in the bathroom. It kept the toilet area bright. The patio area in front of the room was perfect for watching sunset. The kitchenette was fully equipped except for a kettle which could be easily substituted with a pot of water on the stove. It was very nice that oil, vinegar and salt were provided along with dish detergent. "

"Romulo was extra helpful and helped me with shuttle to airport on last day. Old building with updated amenities with original grandeur. Decent location to central Sintra. Assess is easy and quick with Uber. Otherwise, it takes a good stroll on hilly terrains. Breakfast is good and basic to fuel our activities"

"Had a great stay. The views are amazing, as is the sound of the surf! The Superior rooms on the 3rd floor are nicer than the Standard 2nd floor rooms, which are looking a bit tired. But the views from all are fantastic. Viewed the Master Suite, and it was amazing! BIG thanks to all the staff. The service was fantastic!"

"The room was beautiful, everyone at the hotel made our stay extra special. We were stayed 2 nights with our 4yo and everyone was amazing and so accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and everything was prepared at the moment. Laundry service was prompt and everything was very well done. Would definitely stay again, probably would even add one more night."
