What a great little find. The villa was absolutely delightful, our host provided fresh fruit and water on arrival. The service was exceptional and we felt like family. We only stayed one night but could have stayed the week or more.

The owner of the property was there to greet us and show us the room and told us what to do and where to dine in the area. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we look forward to staying at other properties of his in the future! The room itself was a delight, very unique atmosphere and a treat for our week in Portugal.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location. Marcos is charming and welcoming. We only stay one night but we will remember it for a long time. Breakfast is amazing !!!!

We loved this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, especially Bonnie who kept our room spotless…anything we needed they provided. It’s not a modern property but we preferred the roominess of having 2 bedrooms and close to many restaurants. There is a great little coffee shop next door with delicious pastries we went to every day!

Surrounded by a Street Market

The room was nice and quaint. The lady who checked us in knew little English but was really nice. We missed breakfast one day because we didn't know it was coming. The next day the nice lady delivered breakfast in picnic basket. It was nice. We parked for free in the lot across the street. Problem was no one told us a street market happens in that parking lot on Sunday. Our rental car was surrounded by venders. The police had to get involved to help us get out of the parking lot. It was stressful. Be aware.
