Resort need renovations but staff was very professional and helpful. Special Receptionist 👩‍💼She was very nice and organized for us every wish, also amazing desert trip.

The view is amazing and the balcony spacious. Some of the fixtures and fittings were in need of maintenance or repair.

Very bad experience

The resort is completely neglected. I stayed for 7 hrs from 4 PM until 11:30pm without power or water as the generator was faulty and could not be repaired. No body care of you or even tell you the truth. At 9 PM they offered two candles. Toilet has very weak water pressure. Resort manager met me and apologised and offered free one day stay and upgrade to a sweet room he was a professional person. In restaurant people does not know how to serve guest you have to wait a lot to be served and very limited varieties dust is common here. Not recommended until completely renovated and all staff take full training.

Dear Our valuable customer, first of all , i apologize for troubling you but the actual the problem of the electricity was around all the government and in same time w had an emergency problem with our generator. of course we know that is not the guest fault but the problem was out of our hands. on behalf of all the New panorama team , i am inviting Mr. Medhat to visit us any time to enjoy his stay with us and we promise him that this problem will never happen again thanks , see you soon

nice view from the room on the karon lake large suite with 2 large rooms each have bathroom & A/C with large sitting area with TV , but required elec. boiler for tea,.. need some activities for the kids ( play station , slides , ....) breakfast is good , can be in the room which is better , but need more options

جيدة ولكن المياه كانت مقطوعة في الفترة من ١٠ مساءا حتي ٤ فجرا وذلك كل يوم فرش الغرفة غير مريح لا توجد وسائد كافية
