Staff were friendly, bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean, lounge area was not.
I was disappointed that there were no dining options or room service options over the weekend and only on week nights.
Spa was lovely, i liked that you could spin the TV to watch it from the spa.

Hello KimThank you for your feedback. Along with you myself and staff were disappointed in the lack of attention in the lounge. However the positive out of this was that I was able to use as a reinforcement of expectations by both the business and our guests. Unfortunately since covid it has been nigh impossible to recruit staff especially in the cooking field. Most of the businesses in the town are finding it very difficult. Singleton Stopover!

I always choose this motel for hunter valley concerts. The owner is friendly & always remembers me & the bus stops out the front.
