If I could give the property 10 stars I would. The entire staff is outstanding!! From being greated on arrival by the bell staff, to check-in, breakfast staff, club level staff, all were outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to any and all who come to Singapore.

Staff were very attentive especially in the lounge where we had breakfast.

This property was formerly the Hilton. It was tired and old back then and needed a total refurbishment. Can't understand why IHG taken on this property and branded it VOCO. Stayed in Club room, bathroom very small and tiles needed to be grouted properly or replaced.
Replacing carpet is not a refurb!!!!

Hotel is very close to ION Orchard. Rooms are a bit old, but overall very nice. Thank you!
