The property is centrally located near the beaches, monorail and Resort World (Universal Studios, Adventure Cove water park and the Aquarium).
The rooms were smaller than I expected from the photos but very functional and thought out. We had a family room which was two connected rooms. Good to have two bathrooms. To be more eco, the hotel should use large pump bottles of shampoo in the rooms rather than small one time use tubes.
The pool area is pretty but needs more umbrellas and lounge chairs. Most of the day it has direct sun and there is nowhere to sit by the pool without burning. Movie night was a nice touch.

The hotel was a good hotel great facilities, the pool was amazing, staff lovely but the cleanliness of the rooms leave a bit to be desired. The floor was vacuumed maybe once in 8 days and wasnt mopped in all that time.

Excellent location and super friendly staff, the pools were amazing too. The only things we thought were missing were a communal space for guests or a bar and our room was quite small for a family of 3.

The location of the hotel is nice as it is within walking distance to the station. There are many restaurants and 7-11 in front of the hotel exit. Although the front desk service took a while to check in, it was acceptable for me but it considered long time for my child as exceed 15 minutes.
The hotel's drinking water system is really convenient and you don't have to worry about the extra cost of buying bottled water in Sentosa. There is a water filtration device (membrane) and we all have our thermos bottles to fill up water.
We only book a breakfast in hotel one day while we checked in. My daughter likes the rice noodles very much so she ate two bowls. She loves their swimming pool and river pool.
It was a great experience for us. Hopefully we will have a chance to stay again soon.
