Too many screaming children everywhere. Not comfortable or relaxing at all. At all hours at all times. Feels like I am in a kindergarten rather than a Shangrila.

When booking half way across the world you wonder if it’s as good as your told…….but this place lives up to it in every way and more. From the minute we arrived it was stunning how nice it is, from help with taxis to pool side service and a helpful tip of where to go in the city. Great choice we would stay again

The Shangri-La is great for families with young children. The indoor play area is maybe a little expensive, but the swimming pool and outdoor children's play areas are great. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food amenities are excellent. The breakfast offers a wonderful variety of options. This is my first choice hotel in Singapore.

Holiday with 2 kids - great room, amazing food at the hotel especially the buffet, walking distance to major retail and other restaurants and easy transport to kids attractions.
Staff were amazing and always willing to help.
Will definitely come back.

One of the world's iconic hotels. Changed quite a bit since I was there 30 years ago although the very high level of service remains.
Wonderful atmosphere with very welcoming staff. Easy walk to Orchard Road shopping and MRT. Great pool, well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Hotel has solid restaurant choices.
The birthday cake was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise.
Not the cheapest but why would you expect it to be?

Great hotel but it’s a bit of a walk to the MRT & the hotel shuttle services are very limited
