Very safe, clean and convenient. The public transport was free when staying on Sentosa Island and was very easy to use and get around. We had children with us and there was plenty for us to do each day.

I didn’t like that there was no thermostat in the room to manually adjust the temperature in the room. $45 for a breakfast buffet was totally unjustified

Place was clean and amazing. Swimming pool was fun and my son enjoyed playing in the sand. Would definitely recommend. Amenities wise, things perhaps could be slightly better with hotel restaurants/cafes. Wish that there was also a shortcut to RWS instead of having to walk about 7mins. Overall experience was positive and would definitely come back when able.

I would say the price doesn’t match what’s offered. Food in the Hard Rock Cafe is limited, tasteless and overpriced. Hotel needs a revamp and is tired. Bathroom had mould and we booked a room for three people and only had one bed , we were told at the front desk there was a pull out bed but there wasn’t . Over $500 a night and it’s not really worth it

The good: reception and room service were prompt and staff tried their best to accommodate our requests. The pool was very good for kids, there was a sand beach section, water spray section, slide, etc. Our room had a good window view looking out across to Vivo city, the cable cars, monorail and to the left we could even see dolphins at Dolphin Island! This was highly entertaining for our toddler. The bad: very limited facilities and food options if you have young kids. There is basically only 1 breakfast venue (which doesn’t serve lunch or dinner) and 1 bar/restaurant which doesn’t look very suitable for toddlers. Room service is very expensive and quite limited in selection. The only facility for kids was the pool and unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay. There wasn’t any playground or kids club to entertain children. We ended up leaving the hotel a lot for entertainment and meals. Overall the hotel feels slightly run down. The lighting in the room was extremely dim. There was only 1 small downlight in the toilet at the sink.

- housekeeping refused to assist on basis that it is not her room to help - bedroom slippers were dirty and requested for a change. But, this had to be complained at front desk as no one came for replacement. Front desk was kind to assist almost immediately - tv remote controller kept malfunctioning

Staff was hospitable and room was clean. I wish there were an fully powered outlet near the bathroom mirror to power a curling iron.
