There is a lack of sound proofing in the rooms, we can hear all the noise in the neighboring rooms. The bathroom is non existent- they are just cubical with frosted glass so there is no privacy at all. We had the loft and it was so small with our young child and luggage the sofa bed dosent even fit properly.
The room design lacks comfort- no where to hang used towels- no where to put luggages. Location is great but the hotel needs to re design the rooms.

The hotel is very handy to Bugis MRT which is on the East-West (Airport) train line and Downtown line that gets you over to the bay front. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a nice pool area with a view whenever you need to cool off. There is a bit of street noise at night, so a higher up room is recommended.
